about

Brain Garden : praise for Music For Unfamiliar Highways

" With a textured sound the manages to feel mechanical and organic at the same time, the duo known as Brain Garden make ambient music that could just as easily be the soundtrack to a rave as an X-Files episode."
Lina lecaro, LA Weekly

"Easily as good as (and on occasion well better than) most bigger label offerings. Highly recommended for anyone interested in trance, techno or just plain good electronic music"
Interface magazine

"Independent records usually lack both the bluster and finesse of their major label counterparts, but Brain Garden's output sounds no less professional than Madonna, atmospheric, ambitious and even auspicious. Full credit to them."
Tony Fletcher, Dance Smart!

"my favorite full length of the moment would have to be Brain Garden's "music for unfamiliar highways", if you want something fresh from the electronic world check it out"
Club Culture

"All in all, Brain Garden immediately hooked me and has served as great workout music for the last week or so. Forget about those pretenders to the throne such as Moby or Prodigy. Brain Garden has something special for you to hear. Don't get left behind."
Carnell, Carpe Noctem

L.A. is in for a treat with the likes of Adam Smith and Brad Cooper of Brain Garden - the freshest, most melodic, ambient, trance project in town."
Manic Magazine

"Marked by eerie melodies and driving rhythms, music for unfamiliar highways spins the kind of alluring ambient mood that even a mall-addicted vally girl could love. A trip worth taking!"
David Wollock, Music Central
